The Office of Pastoral Formation builds up parishes, missions, and schools in the many areas of direct ministry and service they offer to the People of God. To help accomplish this goal, this office:

• Accompanies ministers as they meet the needs of the People of God in their care;
• Supports parishes and missions by providing resources and formation for leaders, assisting with planning, and helping craft direction for ministries;
• Celebrates the mysteries of God with pastorates through days of spiritual renewal, retreats, and opportunities for pastorates to praise God together.
