Position Description:
In close collaboration with the Director of Pastoral Formation, assist the Diocesan Bishop in cultivating lay leadership and directing a Hispanic Ministries Pastoral Plan for the Diocese of Cheyenne. The Director of Hispanic Ministry will be located in Casper, and will dedicate 75% of her/his time to the Casper Deanery and the remaining 25% to services on behalf of the rest of the Diocese of Cheyenne; this time allotment will be re-evaluated after two years.
Position: Tribunal Secretary/Transcriptionist (Ecclesiastical Notary) - Diocese of Cheyenne
Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Starting Hourly Rate: $14 - $15.50 (30-40 hours per week)

Position Description:
Performs general secretarial duties including typing, transcription, filing, and record keeping. Answers varied questions concerning tribunal policies, services, and procedures. Serves as an Ecclesiastical Notary.

Starting Salary: $58,000 - $65,000

Position Description:
The Director of Development conducts major gift fundraising activities to meet both the short- and long-term funding needs of Catholic ministries including but not limited to the Diocese of Cheyenne, St. Joseph’s Children’s Home, Catholic Charities of Wyoming, St. Joseph’s Society, St. Paul Newman’s Center, and WCMF endowments.

Supervision: Executive Director
Salary Range: $45,000 - $58,000
Required Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies, Psychology, Education, Human Services or related field, from an accredited college, university, or divinity program; or equivalent knowledge gained through direct proven experience in job related responsibilities. Preference given to applicants of Catholic faith. Prefer experience in youth programs, 12 step program or similar guiding principles, and some level of experience and knowledge of fine arts which supports ministry and spiritual development.
Job Summary: Recognizing that spiritual practices are a significant part of holistic treatment, the Spiritual Director shall coordinate ministry and direction sensitive to the spiritual backgrounds of each resident. The Spiritual Director shall work to further enhance the appreciation of spiritual values among staff. The Spiritual Director shall demonstrate a strong understanding of the mission of St. Joseph’s Children’s Home, and demonstrate acceptance of philosophies conducive with treatment goals, working collaboratively with the child, the family, and all treatment team members. Must possess an understanding of diverse religious beliefs and practices, interacting with compassion, respect, and openness.
