Antoinette “Toni” Williams Healy was raised on her family’s ranch in Northeast Wyoming. She graduated from Black Hills State University in Spearfish, South Dakota where she received her undergraduate degree in political science. Before attending law school, Toni worked for the South Dakota state legislature and later for now Senator John Thune. She received her juris doctorate and master of public administration degrees from the University of South Dakota. She has worked extensively as a prosecutor handling child abuse and sexual assault cases. Toni served as the chief deputy prosecuting attorney in Laramie County before her appointment by the Governor to her current position as a Laramie County Circuit Court Judge.
